Interactive model of L1 and E1 laser halls

for: ELI Beamlines

ELI Beamlines is a scientific research centre focused on laser technology. The most powerful laser in the world is located here.

Our task was to create an interactive model of the L1 and E2 lasers that are actually located in the halls of this cutting-edge research centre.

Our solution, which was preceded by a detailed 3D render of the design, allows the app to switch different laser sections on and off to demonstrate how laser beams can be distributed to different experimental facilities in the halls. We arranged and supervised the 3D printing according to our render and the final assembly of the model.

The model is now successfully fulfilling an educational and promotional role at the client's location.

The laser beams on the model can be controlled using a mobile app.
